WRD warrants all new WRD products to the original retail purchaser against defects in material and workmanship, when used under normal operating conditions, on the vehicle where the WRD product was originally installed for three years from date of purchase. This warranty does not apply to WRD products that have been: modified, installed improperly, installed on an application that is not specified by WRD, installed on any vehicle that has been used off-road, for racing or for any other driving competition, or installed on any vehicle that has been modified for a use other than or in addition to its originally intended use.

Warranty claim procedure requires the customer must contact WRD directly. The customer will then request a “Return Goods Authorization Number” (“RGA”) from WRD. Only returns with an RGA number will be accepted. Proof of purchase must accompany the returned product. The customer is responsible for all costs incurred in returning the product to WRD. This includes installation and removal of the product from the vehicle, shipping and handling of the product, loss of time, monetary loss, loss of use, damage resulting from use, any other direct, or indirect loss. Any product sent without the above procedures being followed will not be accepted under the terms of this warranty and are considered forfeit and are not the responsibility of WRD.

Upon verification of defective product, under the warranty WRD at its discretion will either repair or replace the defective product, without charge to the customer. In the unusual case of refund or credit, it will be issued by the dealer where the product was originally purchased if not purchased directly from WRD.
